On February 25, 2008 the MSW (Marvecs) and the Trade Unions. met with the company in order to continue the comparison Assolombarda
on mobility procedure initiated on 15 January.
The company has opened an unexpected illustrating the drastic deterioration in the financial
, due both to the difficulties of the pharmaceutical market as a whole, which does not allow
today to implement new contracts for co-promotion, and the closure of credit lines from
the banking institutions that, in light of the market situation in which Marvecs moves,
not appear more willing to finance the company.
Faced with questions raised by trade unions to clarify the previous statements and
numerous concerns expressed by the EUSR, after a suspension required by the technical table,
the Company has submitted a declaration that you enclose with which formalises further
dismissal procedure for other ISF 200, 48 Area Managers and Field 2. In addition to
precise question we have been assured payment of the salary of the current month, while, as regards the payment of
expense arrears will be paid only to
November for lack of funds. Finding a

decided not to continue the meeting.
We want to stress that yesterday's meeting has exhausted the consultation period
