The measure of the resignation was an element in the new regulatory framework as a further action against irregular work, has as its first objective is to avoid phenomenon of so-called "letters of resignation in white." The Inter-Ministerial Decree 21 January 2008, implementing Law 188/2007, not merely take the form, but contains regulation of the organic system, defining the terminological dictionaries and technical methods employed by the release of those "intermediaries." With the introduction of the new form itself for the submission of voluntary departure, valid throughout the national territory and has the characteristics of non-infringement and counterfeiting, the resignation becomes zero otherwise. The voluntary resignation, with effect from March 5, 2008, must necessarily those of the form adopted by the Decree. The validity is defined as time from date of issue until to 15 days later. The Decree applies to all cases of unilateral termination of the employee referred to in Article 2118 of the Civil Code, in accordance with the notice, which is not less obligatory.
The procedure
1) An employee who intends to present the resignation must go to a third party: Common, CPI, DPL, DRL)

3) The information system MDV Issuing of the resignation with a unique code and a date of issue (the document is valid for 15 days)
4) The third party delivery the employee the appropriate document issued by the system endorsed
5) The employee hands over the document of resignation to the employer
